The plan activates from the date of purchase and is valid for 12 months.
The offer excludes the New Starter Plan.
The offer is valid for our regular classes.
The offer excludes yoga workshops.
Yearly payment up-front must be made;
To avoid being locked out or your space being given to another student please make sure you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before the class is due to start.
All classes start on time, if you are late your place may be offered to another student (see our late arrival and cancellation policies below).
The studio doors will be locked promptly so that the teacher can start to teach the class, as we do not have a receptionist, it is at the teacher’s discretion as to whether they are able to stop the class to let latecomers in.
Your yearly payment has been calculated to take into account the times we are closed so you do NOT need to worry as we are not charging you for these periods of closure. For your information, we will be closed for the festive period, for the Easter bank holiday and for August.
It is not possible to extend the pass to allow for sickness, holidays or absences.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to make changes to our schedule. The changes may include teacher substitutions, cancellation of classes, time changes, studio closures etc. To avoid disappointment please do make sure you check our ScheduleBliss online booking system as the changes will be reflected here rather than on our website.
On occasion to keep the classes running to schedule we may have to organise a cover teacher to take the class. Please note this cover teacher might not be from our list of regular teachers but all cover teachers are qualified and certified yoga teachers. Please check our ScheduleBliss online booking system to see who is teaching your class before you attend.
If a class is cancelled due to bad weather conditions NO refunds will be provided.
If we do change our schedule and this affects the class you are booked on we will notify you by email. It is REALLY important that you make sure you are subscribed to our email notifications via our website. Please do note that we will NOT send notifications for changes in teachers teaching a class.
Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Arrival Policy
We require that you sign into class a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the class start time either by notifying the teacher that you have arrived or by using your phone and logging into our ScheduleBliss online booking system.
If you have NOT signed in by this time your space will be opened up to allow drop-ins and this will be treated as a late cancellation and your class will not be refunded nor will you be able to transfer it to another class (please see our cancellation policy below).
We understand the challenges of getting to a class and with all our good intentions sometimes life throws us a curve ball and we cannot attend. If this happens to you, you need to be aware of what our policy is:
Early Cancellation (up to 4-hours prior to a class starting):
If you cannot make a class and do not wish to lose your payment for that class so that you can book onto another one, you need to CANCEL the class ASAP and NO later than 4-hours prior to your class starting.
If you cancel up to 4-hours prior to the class you were booked on starting you can book onto another class within the same month. We will do everything we can to accommodate your transferred booking but we cannot guarantee you a mat space.
Let us be perfectly clear that EARLY cancellation means you can TRANSFER that class booking to another class within the same month but we will NOT credit or refund your money!
Late Cancellation (made within 4-hours of the class starting):
if you have missed the EARLY cancellation deadline, we are sorry but we will not refund or allow you to book onto another class.
How to Cancel a Class?
ALL CANCELLATIONS should be made via our ScheduleBliss online booking system. We do not accept cancellations by phone or by email.
We are quite strict when it comes to implementing our “late arrival and cancellation policies” but there are always exceptions. For example, if you become pregnant (it is really important you let us know as soon as you know) or if something happens that really knocks you for six, such as a debilitating illness of a loved one or yourself, a family death, some sort of accident etc. do get in touch and we will see what arrangement we can come to.
