We are delighted to present our Mudra Loyalty Card.
How do I get my Mudra Loyalty Card?
As soon as you sign up to one of our payment plans you are entitled to a Mudra Loyalty Card. You will be given your loyalty card in the first class you attend and this is when you start to collect your stamps. The Mudra Card will have an expiry date of four months from the date of purchase. You will need to show your loyalty card with a valid expiry date to the business partners offering the reward. Your loyalty card is valid only for purchases for yourself.
What do I get?
As part of the loyalty card, before even earning any of your OM stamps, you will automatically receive the following rewards…
Notification of Student Clinics held at Mudra! In the Student Clinics you will receive a low-cost massage to help students with their massage training. Booking is essential.
10% off a Yoga Nature workshop. Booking is essential.
10% off coffee & cakes at Tamper Coffee Sellers Wheel. (You must show your Loyalty Card, does not apply to main menu items).
10% off food & drink at Birdhouse Tea Bar & Kitchen, Sidney Street. (You must show your Loyalty Card).
Furthermore, when you get 12 OM stamps on your loyalty card you are entitled to:
A free yoga class. You can either use it for yourself by attending an extra class or you can bring a friend with you to class. Limited to 4 free classes a year. Booking is essential.
Additionally, you can choose from ONE of the following rewards (these will grow as Mudra develops):
A free pot of Birdhouse tea at Birdhouse Tea Bar & Kitchen, Sidney Street.
10% discount off a meal at Hungry Buddha in the Moor Market.
20% off a massage from Therapy Room Sheffield. Booking is essential.
How to collect your OM stamps?
Make sure you get your OM stamp at the class you attend, either before the class starts or when the class finishes. The teacher teaching the class will be able to issue the stamp.
If you do not get your OM stamp in the class you have booked onto and attended we cannot give it to you at a later date!
How to redeem your ONE reward?
To redeem ONE of the rewards above you need to hand in your Loyalty Card with your name, email address, mobile number and which reward you would like to claim. Following this we will be in touch with you to arrange receipt of your reward.
Finished one card and would like another one?
Not a problem, if you have joined a regular Plan or regularly drop-in we just need to check our records and we will issue you with another one pronto!
Terms & Conditions
As soon as you have booked onto one of our Mudra Payment Plans, The Mudra Loyalty Card can be collected from the Mudra Studio. We just need to check you are entitled to one.
The Mudra Loyalty Card will have an expiry date of four months from the date of purchase.
Make sure you get your OM stamp before or after the class. We CANNOT backdate stamps.
The Mudra Loyalty Card is valid to the student it has been issued to and CANNOT be transferred to another student.
We reserve the right to change rewards and remove them as we see fit.
When using the Mudra Loyalty Card in our business partners where you can purchase drink and food, you can only use the 10% discount for yourself and not for any of your friends or family who do not have a Mudra Loyalty Card.
You should also note that there are restrictions to how you use the Mudra Loyalty Card with some of our business partners. For example, at Tamper Coffee you entitled to 10% off coffee and cakes only, not from main menu items.
To receive your low-cost massage reward you need to book through the Sheffield Centre for Massage Training. Contact them here. They will advise you when Student Clinics are happening, how much you need to pay and what method of payment they would like.
The low-cost massage reward is on a first come first served basis and we cannot guarantee you a space.
To receive your reward you must hand in your completed card with your name, email, mobile number and we will be in touch to let you know what you need to do to receive your reward.
The reward that you choose will be sent to you via an email voucher, you will need to use it before its expiry date and it is not transferrable to another person, nor can you exchange it for cash.
You are only entitled to ONE reward unless otherwise specified.
You must make sure you have booked onto the class, workshop or massage reward that you are receiving.
Lost loyalty cards cannot be replaced and OM stamps cannot back-dated. If this happens to you, we are more than happy to issue a NEW Mudra Card where you can start to collect your OM stamps again.
