Social Worker and Counsellor with decades of experience in somatic practices of alignment and release in the fields of mental health and physical and emotional resilience.

Areas of expertise: Sue has trained with Shamayoga in Sheffield (200 hours Yoga Alliance) and with The Society of Yoga Practitioners (TSYP) in Sussex (500+ hours) accredited through the British Wheel of Yoga. She is registered as a Yoga Therapist with the British Council of Yoga Therapists. Sue's interests include Vedic chanting, sound and mantra, dancing as mindful movement and studying yoga texts. Sue has many years of experience working in mental health services as an Occupational Therapist and teaching yoga in hospital.
