Toby Goater

Styles Taught: Hatha Yoga

Areas of Expertise: Yoga at beginner and intermediate level. Yoga for active individuals.


Mark Firth

Styles taught: Sound Healing, Sound baths, Drum circles.

Areas of Expertise: Sound healing within special education with students with Autism, communication and learning difficulties.


Victoria Nauen

Styles taught: Ashtanga and Dynamic Vinyasa flow Yoga, Yin.

Areas of Expertise: Yoga for Addiction, Meditation, Macrobiotic cookery.


Susanna Grace

Styles taught: Hatha, Restorative, Therapeutic.

Areas of Expertise: Therapeutic Yoga and Breathwork. Yoga for Eating Disorders. Yoga for Fatigue/Burnout and M.E./C.F.S. Mentoring for yoga teachers and 1-1 Coaching. Social Worker and Counsellor with decades of experience in somatic practices of alignment and release in the fields of mental health and physical and emotional resilience.



Gail Stephens

Styles taught: Slow Hatha Flow Yoga & Yin Yoga.

Areas of Expertise: Minded Yoga Therapy, Yoga for stress, anxiety and depression, addiction recovery (MARK accredited), mindfulness and meditation.

Yoga Therapy (one to ones) areas of specalism: Anxiety, depression, pain, auto-immune diseases, menopause.



Sue McHale

Styles taught: Breath focused Hatha Yoga, everyone is welcome.

Areas of expertise: Sue has trained with Shamayoga in Sheffield (200 hours Yoga Alliance) and with The Society of Yoga Practitioners (TSYP) in Sussex (500+ hours) accredited through the British Wheel of Yoga. She is registered as a Yoga Therapist with the British Council of Yoga Therapists. Sue's interests include Vedic chanting, sound and mantra, dancing as mindful movement and studying yoga texts. Sue has many years of experience working in mental health services as an Occupational Therapist and teaching yoga in hospital.
